No. It is a research backed assessment that maps what drives individuals and teams in their logic, decision making, behaviours, and actions. It also shares what energizes (and de-energizes) people, what behaviours they reject, and how their mindset shifts under pressure.

The individual profile takes ~20 minutes to complete. Debriefs take 60 - 75 minutes. Team sessions take 2 - 4 hours.

The team scan is optional and offers valuable insight to both operational and behavioural aspects of your team. It's an additional 6 - 7 questions and takes ~5 minutes to complete. It can also be repeated easily to see how the team has changed over time.

Yuck! No. We use plain English and connect insights to execution.

We've used a lot of different assessments over the years and each has their strengths, time, and place. If you want something that will help your team actually move the needle on execution, performance, and results then Management Drives is a great option. This is more than a feel-good exercise.
